1. Check the power connection. A poor power connection is a common cause, such as a loose plug or a damaged power cord, resulting in no power to the dice disc. Check if the mahjong machine's plug is firmly inserted into the socket and inspect the power cord for damage or breakage. If the plug is loose, re-plug it; if the power cord is damaged, replace it.

2. Check the dice disc motor. A faulty dice disc motor will prevent the dice from spinning, such as a burnt-out motor or a loose motor connection. Open the mahjong machine's tabletop, locate the dice disc motor, and listen for any abnormal noises. If the motor smells burnt or is not running, it may be burnt out and needs to be replaced with the same model; if the motor connection is loose, reconnect it.

3. Check the mainboard control. A faulty mainboard will affect the control of the dice disc motor, causing the dice to not spin. Observe the mainboard for damaged components or loose solder joints. If there are obviously damaged components, replace them; if solder joints are loose, they can be resoldered with a soldering iron. However, mainboard problems are complex; if you are not familiar with them, it is recommended to contact a professional repairman.

4. Clean the dice pan. Debris and dust buildup inside the dice pan can jam the dice or affect motor operation. Turn off the mahjong machine and clean the dice pan with a clean cloth or brush to remove debris and dust.

5. Check the sensors. A malfunctioning sensor near the dice pan may prevent proper signal transmission, causing the motor to malfunction. Check the sensors for damage or displacement. If a sensor is damaged, replace it; if it is displaced, adjust it to the correct position.
