The automation of a mahjong machine relies on a sophisticated mechanical transmission system and electronic control system.
Internally, it comprises four core components: a shuffling disc, a chain conveyor mechanism, a stacking device, and a pushing module. The shuffling disc, driven by a motor, rotates and uses centrifugal force to shuffle the mahjong tiles. The chain conveyor transports the shuffled tiles to the stacking device. The stacking device uses a robotic arm or magnetic technology to neatly stack the tiles. Finally, the pushing module pushes the stacked tiles to a designated position on the table. Some high-end models are also equipped with infrared sensing or image recognition technology to automatically detect the tile status and prevent issues such as stuck or misplaced tiles.
